Our members can choose from hundreds of Les Mills classes, globally recognized fitness programs that combine precisely curated music and choreography. Most programs feature new choreography every three months. After its release, instructors teach the same routine for at least a month, allowing participants to master the basic movements and fully enjoy the class. Subsequently, instructors can mix and match different tracks from previous choreographies, keeping the classes fresh and engaging.
