FORM FACTORY BALANCE DAY

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Form Factory is organizing a special outdoor BALANCE DAY event on the roof of Galerie Harfa. A morning full of movement, relaxation and positive energy awaits you in a pleasant, intimate atmosphere under the open sky.

You can look forward to classes inspired by yoga and mindful movement – from yoga and Pilates to Barre to Les Mills BODYBALANCE®. The entire program is designed to slow down, stretch your body, turn off your head and recharge your batteries.

Between classes, you will enjoy a relaxation zone, light refreshments and a unique atmosphere with a view of Prague. Summer rooftop, music, movement and moments just for yourself – the ideal start to summer.

YOGA /60 min

Exercises based on regular repetition of basic yoga poses, which are dynamically sequenced. It is focused on balancing muscle imbalances, shaping problem areas, stretching muscles, and relaxing.

PILATES /45 min

Pilates, or the Pilates method, is an exercise system that improves muscle control, body flexibility, strength, and breathing. Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the muscles of the whole body, especially the deep abdominal and back muscles and the pelvic floor muscles. BARRE /45 min

An exercise inspired by ballet training, with elements of Pilates, suitable for the general public without previous experience. The exercise is performed with your own body weight together with aids such as rubber bands. You will strengthen and pleasantly stretch the entire body. The exercise is ideal in socks or barefoot.

BODYBALANCE /60 min

BODYBALANCE® is a yoga, tai chi and pilates inspired workout that will leave you feeling strong, flexible and focused. You will feel a true balance between mind, body and soul. Whether you have some experience with yoga, are just starting out, or are looking for an exercise to complement your workout, BODYBALANCE® will improve your mind, body and life.
