The second year of the successfully successful Form Factory Body and Mind Day event with an interesting program on Pivoňková louka (Peony meadow) and a peat bog in the Prague Botanical Garden.
Stretch, relax, rest and recharge your batteries!
A day for those who like relaxation lessons such as yoga or Les Mills BODY BALANCE and who would like to practice a series of outdoor yoga lessons. In addition to exercises, seminars and workshops related to yoga are prepared.

- HATHA YOGA
HATHA YOGA
Here we will meet a lesson, which is conducted through preparatory exercises, which will move to the asanas (positions), where the emphasis is on breath, accuracy and endurance in the classic position. The positions include short breaks to calm down, when the position fades and its effects increase.
- PILATES
PILATES
It is a method of shaping the body based on conscious and precisely targeted muscle loading. Pilates movements come from the core area, which they strengthen and realize.
- POWER YOGA
POWER YOGA
This is a more physically demanding type of yoga aimed at stretching and strengthening the muscles of the whole body. The individual positions alternate dynamically and the emphasis is on strength and flexibility.
- VINYASA FLOW YOGA
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
This is a free fusion of the breath and the individual positions of the body, each movement follows a breath or exhalation. This technique is sometimes called VINYASA FLOW – a smooth transition from position to position in the rhythm of the breath in a completely smooth way, which represents a perfectly coordinated technique of breathing and movement.
