The fifth anniversary of the largest outdoor yoga fitness event, Form Factory Body & Mind Day, is here!
Enjoy fantastic experiences, a unique environment, and an improved program full of calming sessions on the Peony Meadow and bog area of the Prague Botanical Garden. It’s the perfect time for stretching, relaxation, mental rest, and recharging your life energy!
This day is for those who enjoy relaxation sessions like yoga, Pilates, Dance Yoga, Hormonal Yoga, or Les Mills BODYBALANCE and want to practice a series of yoga classes in the open air. In addition to exercise, expanded and innovative seminars and workshops with a yoga theme will be available. Between classes and workshops, a special new relaxation zone and refreshments will be provided.
The Botanical Garden of Prague is a unique venue offering diverse plant collections, thematic exhibits, and picturesque scenery, ideal for both relaxation and active leisure. Located in Troja, the garden also features the famous Fata Morgana greenhouse with tropical plants from around the world. The combination of nature and tranquility makes the Botanical Garden the perfect location for this exceptional event. As part of Body & Mind Day, your ticket includes access to the entire garden.

Fly yoga (also known as aerial yoga) is a unique form of yoga that combines traditional poses with elements of acrobatics and natural body stretching in suspended hammocks. The practice takes place in special silk hammocks hanging from the ceiling, allowing for smoother movement, deeper stretching, and less strain on joints and the spine. Fly yoga strengthens muscles, improves flexibility and balance, and helps relieve stress. Thanks to the feeling of weightlessness, it brings a sense of freedom and playfulness you’ll fall in love with!

- Hygiene rules must be followed during a lesson with puppies and it is strictly forbidden to feed them or take them out of the designated area.
