COLLECTIVE GROUP CLASSES INCLUDING LES MILLS WORKOUT PROGRAMS

Group classes for everyone. You can choose from over 120 group classes per week. Anything from slow stretching classes, to dance classes and strength training is listed.

Also, the Les Mills programs are never boring, as their choreography and music change every three months.

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK® is an energy-intensive workout focused on cardio, muscle endurance and functional training. Movements inspired by various sports such as running, lunges and jumps are combined with strength exercises to the rhythm of high-energy and motivating music. BODYATTACK® means joining the energy of an entire group that is not afraid to take on the challenge and enjoy exercising together.

BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE® is an exercise inspired by yoga, taichi and pilates that will leave you strong, flexible and focused. You will feel the true balance between mind, body and soul. Whether you have some experience with yoga or just getting started, or looking for a workout that complements your workout, BODYBALANCE® will improve your mind, body and life.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT® is a lesson composed of interval training. It is a lesson that is inspired and combined by martial arts such as karate, kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and capoiera.

BODYJAM

BODYJAM is a cardio workout where you enjoy the feeling that you are not exercising but dancing. The variety of dance styles and modern music will guarantee you a fun and relaxing time but will still make you sweat. Over the 55 minutes, you’ll learn 2 dance styles and feel like your on an MTV clip.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.

BODYSTEP

Cardio workout with adjustable height step, known in the past as step aerobics. BODYSTEP is adapted to modern times, simplifying some movements and adding strength elements.

BOOTY WORKOUT

Your buttocks are composed of the largest and strongest muscle groups in the entire body. Strengthening your gluteal muscles will not only round them out but also help with posture and improve overall athletic performance! BOOTY builder is a strength training exercise using a barbell, kettlebells, resistance bands, and dumbbells.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

"KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK" You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.

CORE TRAINING

A group lesson focused on strengthening the core using your own body weight or aids, light weights and a mat.

CYCLING

Aerobic and endurance exercise on stationary bikes. You follow the in-structions of the fitness instructor, who creates a track profile using moti-vating music. You choose the difficulty according to your individual abili-ties.

HEALTHY BACK

The class is focused on eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. During the session, you will perform exercises to strengthen the deep stabilizing system, as well as various stretching and relaxation exercises, along with breathing exercises. The classes use various aids such as overballs, gym balls, massage balls, or resistance bands.

JUMP! & JUMPING

A dynamic fitness activity based on a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and strength elements combined with balance elements for a perfect cardio workout. Leap your way to great fitness, good health and a perfectly sculpted figure!

LES MILLS BARRE®️

Modern version of classical ballet, which is created to shape and strengthen muscles. Classical ballet positions mixed with great and moti-vating music are the perfect combination for cardio and strength.

LES MILLS CORE

Les Mills CORE is a simple and effective workout designed to build the strength of major muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and glutes. It is scientifically proven that CORE activates the posterior chain muscles and increases functional strength and overall fitness. During the lesson, you use resistance bands, weights and your bodyweight for resistance exercises such as crunches and planks.

LES MILLS DANCE

A dance program with great popular music, where you will enjoy a few simple steps that are repeated continuously. You don't have to worry about complex choreography and can savor the cardio effect of this class.

LES MILLS GRIT®️ATHLETIC

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by pauses for recovery, where motivation is based on overcoming physical and mental limits. The lesson is based on intervals to deliver maximum performance at each interval. Using a bench in combination with bodyweight exercises and other multidimensional sports for fitness training, you increase your overall athletic performance: strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and explosive strength.

SMÍŠKOVA METHOD

The SM system is a rehabilitation method consisting of a series of exercises with special ropes. This exercise activates spiral muscle chains that functionally contribute to the stabilization and mobilization of the spine. It is suitable for all age groups, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

YOGA

Exercise based on regular repetition of basic yoga poses that are dynamically sequenced. It focuses on balancing muscle imbalances, shaping problem areas, stretching muscles and relaxing.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a dance aerobic training – it’s a form of interval training known as intermittent training, with slow and fast alternating songs. The heart rate is maintained in the aerobic zone throughout the training, both increasing and decreasing as the track changes.
