BODYCOMBAT® is a lesson composed of interval training. It is a lesson that is inspired and combined by martial arts such as karate, kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and capoiera.
BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.
"KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK" You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.

Tabata is an interval exercise that can promote muscle growth while burning excess fat. An intensive training for men and women. The original Tabata uses 20-second intervals with 10-second breaks. One exercise per muscle consists of eight reps.
