HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an intense interval exercise in series of 30 seconds with a maximum load supplemented by sections with a lower intensity. HIIT is especially effective in burning fat and improving physical condition and dynamics. Individual lessons are different to avoid muscle stereotypes and include both cardio and strength elements.
“KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK” You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.
Exercise based on regular repetition of basic yoga poses that are dynamically sequenced. It focuses on balancing muscle imbalances, shaping problem areas, stretching muscles and relaxing.
BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.
Zumba is a dance aerobic training – it’s a form of interval training known as intermittent training, with slow and fast alternating songs. The heart rate is maintained in the aerobic zone throughout the training, both increasing and decreasing as the track changes.
