From a wide range of group classes, from slow stretching exercises to fast dance and strength workouts, including Les Mills programs, you’re sure to find something that suits you.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.

LES MILLS DANCE

A dance program with great popular music, where you will enjoy a few simple steps that are repeated continuously. You don’t have to worry about complex choreography and can savor the cardio effect of this class.

YOGA

Exercise based on regular repetition of basic yoga poses that are dynamically sequenced. It focuses on balancing muscle imbalances, shaping problem areas, stretching muscles and relaxing.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT® is a lesson composed of interval training. It is a lesson that is inspired and combined by martial arts such as karate, kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and capoiera.

PILATES

Pilates, or the Pilates method, is an exercise system that improves muscle control function, body flexibility, strength and breathing. Pilates is aimed at strengthening the muscles of the whole body, especially the deep ab-dominal muscles, the back and pelvic floor muscles. ZUMBA

Zumba is a dance aerobic training – it’s a form of interval training known as intermittent training, with slow and fast alternating songs. The heart rate is maintained in the aerobic zone throughout the training, both increasing and decreasing as the track changes.

TABATA

Tabata is an interval exercise that can promote muscle growth while burning excess fat. An intensive training for men and women. The original Tabata uses 20-second intervals with 10-second breaks. One exercise per muscle consists of eight reps.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

“KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK” You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.
