Form Factory to take over Clever Fit Chodov as of May 1, 2025

The club is operating at full capacity without any restrictions.

For now, there are no changes to the existing memberships of current Chodov club members. We are working hard to fully integrate the club into the Form Factory network as soon as possible. This is a temporary phase due to system adjustments, and we will keep you informed about any further developments.

The MultiSport card can now be used at this club without any extra charges or time limitations.

Features of the Chodov

HIIT
