CYCLING

Aerobic and endurance exercise on stationary bikes. You follow the in-structions of the fitness instructor, who creates a track profile using moti-vating music. You choose the difficulty according to your individual abili-ties.

Dynamic exercise in which choreography is created using combinations of basic steps. The lesson is complemented by light weight training with your own body weight or aids.

HEALTHY BACK

The class is focused on eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. During the session, you will perform exercises to strengthen the deep stabilizing system, as well as various stretching and relaxation exercises, along with breathing exercises.
