News in the Karolina

We would like to inform you about important changes at the club Form Factory Karolina, which are related to the transition from the Clever Fit to the Form Factory brand. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth transition to the new setup of our club.

Form Factory Membership

Starting in July, we will open the full range of Form Factory memberships, including special discounted options for students and seniors. All memberships will follow the updated General Terms and Conditions.


During the transition period from June 1 to June 30, 2025, you can take advantage of a special offer:

Payment with Benefit Vouchers

We will accept paper benefit vouchers until June 30, 2025.

After that, you can still use benefit cards such as MultiSport, Edenred, Pluxee, eBenefity, Benefit Plus, and Benefity.

Changing Rooms and Locks

At the beginning of July, the current locker system will be replaced. Instead of wristbands, you will use traditional padlocks. You can buy one, rent it for a fee, or use your own — which we recommend as the most convenient option.


You may return your original Clever Fit wristbands at the club reception. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 60 days.

Group Classes

As of July 3, 2025, we are switching to the Form Factory booking system. Group classes will then need to be booked via your user account or the Moje Form Factory mobile app. Until that date, classes will remain open without the need for booking.


Your login credentials will be sent to you automatically at the end of June.

Moje Form Factory

With this app, you can:

  • Quickly and clearly book or cancel group classes
  • Manage your membership, payments, and personal information
  • Use the app to enter the club
  • You will log into the app using the account credentials we will send you at the end of June

Mywellness

  • This app is used to control strength machines and replaces the original Clever Fit wristband.

LES MILLS GRIT®️CARDIO

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by pauses for recovery, where motivation is based on overcoming physical and mental limits. The lesson is based on intervals to deliver maximum performance at each interval.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.

BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE® is an exercise inspired by yoga, taichi and pilates that will leave you strong, flexible and focused. You will feel the true balance between mind, body and soul. Whether you have some experience with yoga or just getting started, or looking for a workout that complements your workout, BODYBALANCE® will improve your mind, body and life.

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK® is an energy-intensive workout focused on cardio, muscle endurance and functional training. Movements inspired by various sports such as running, lunges and jumps are combined with strength exercises to the rhythm of high-energy and motivating music. BODYATTACK® means joining the energy of an entire group that is not afraid to take on the challenge and enjoy exercising together.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

“KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK” You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.

LES MILLS SPRINT®️

Les Mills SPRINT®️ is a 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that uses an indoor bike for fast results. The short, intense style of training significantly pushes the physical limit, supports the development of dynamics and efficient calories burning.

Tabata is an interval exercise that can promote muscle growth while burning excess fat. An intensive training for men and women. The original Tabata uses 20-second intervals with 10-second breaks. One exercise per muscle consists of eight reps.

LES MILLS CORE

Les Mills CORE is a simple and effective workout designed to build the strength of major muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and glutes. It is scientifically proven that CORE activates the posterior chain muscles and increases functional strength and overall fitness. During the lesson, you use resistance bands, weights and your bodyweight for resistance exercises such as crunches and planks.
