BODYBALANCE® is an exercise inspired by yoga, taichi and pilates that will leave you strong, flexible and focused. You will feel the true balance between mind, body and soul. Whether you have some experience with yoga or just getting started, or looking for a workout that complements your workout, BODYBALANCE® will improve your mind, body and life.

YOGA

Exercise based on regular repetition of basic yoga poses that are dynamically sequenced. It focuses on balancing muscle imbalances, shaping problem areas, stretching muscles and relaxing.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT® is a lesson composed of interval training. It is a lesson that is inspired and combined by martial arts such as karate, kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and capoiera.

LES MILLS DANCE

A dance program with great popular music, where you will enjoy a few simple steps that are repeated continuously. You don’t have to worry about complex choreography and can savor the cardio effect of this class.

HEALTHY BACK

The class is focused on eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. During the session, you will perform exercises to strengthen the deep stabilizing system, as well as various stretching and relaxation exercises, along with breathing exercises. The classes use various aids such as overballs, gym balls, massage balls, or resistance bands.
