Fitness club where you will find everything you need for your training. On the first floor, you access our large cardio area; one floor up, there is a fully equipped gym and dressing rooms. The third floor offers fully equipped rooms for group lessons.
Feel free to relax in the separate Finnish saunas and solarium.

BODYBALANCE® is an exercise inspired by yoga, taichi and pilates that will leave you strong, flexible and focused. You will feel the true balance between mind, body and soul. BODYCOMBAT® is a lesson composed of interval training. It is a lesson that is inspired and combined by martial arts such as karate, kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and capoiera.
BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.
Tabata is an interval exercise that can promote muscle growth while burning excess fat. An intensive training for men and women. The original Tabata uses 20-second intervals with 10-second breaks. One exercise per muscle consists of eight reps.
The class is focused on eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. Les Mills CORE is a simple and effective workout designed to build the strength of major muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and glutes. It is scientifically proven that CORE activates the posterior chain muscles and increases functional strength and overall fitness. During the lesson, you use resistance bands, weights and your bodyweight for resistance exercises such as crunches and planks.
Afro Dance is a mixture of African dance styles, mainly Afro house, traditional African dance and kuduro. It is a modern form of African dance (African street dance). If you want to immerse yourself in African rhythms and put yourself in your body at the same time, this is the right lesson for you. Bring comfortable clothes, tennis shoes and, above all, a good mood.
“KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK” You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.
