BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. Together with music, the instructor will guide you through a safe work out and give you additional motivation to achieve faster results than you would achieve yourself.
“KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK” You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. It’s based on exercise intervals that are interspersed with short breaks.

RHYTMIO DANCE FITNESS is a unique Dance fitness program with a dance party atmosphere, full of energy, fun choreographies and musical remixes. The dance program helps women feel great, fit and sexy. The lessons are based on the principle of interval training and alternate between different dance styles (ladies dance, street dance, Latino, urban, etc.). BODYATTACK® means joining the energy of an entire group that is not afraid to take on the challenge and enjoy exercising together.
A lesson consisting of several parts. Stretching, warm up (jumps, somer-saults, press-ups, trapeze, parallel bars,…), boxing technique with coach, punching bag, jumps in pairs (for explosiveness), skipping ropes, strengthening and relaxing.
The class is focused on eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. During the session, you will perform exercises to strengthen the deep stabilizing system, as well as various stretching and relaxation exercises, along with breathing exercises. The classes use various aids such as overballs, gym balls, massage balls, or resistance bands.
