There is a spacious swimming pool (14 x 8 x 1,5m) in the club for those who love swimming, which is prepared for everyday fitness and recreational swimming for individuals. You can recharge your batteries in the hot tub or sauna, but also with one of the massages we offer here.

BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load.
