Due to a reported bomb threat in the shopping centers, the Form Factory clubs at Centrum Černý Most, Chodov, and Palladium will remain closed today until approximately 4:00 PM.
The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. As an alternative, members are welcome to visit any other Form Factory club during the closure.
