It’s necessary to clean up the workout station and leave it in its original condition after finishing each exercise, so those who come after you have a suitable environment for their workout as well. The basic rule is to use a towel and behave considerably to other visitors in the club.

Find out how your body is working

At the first visit, we recommend that you undergo a Body Analysis, which will show you exactly what condition your body has in terms of muscle, weight, fat and other parameters. You will have a good starting point for improvement and you can focus your training correctly. For some memberships, this analysis is free of charge once a month.
