FIT-4-SCHOOL: Encouraging Students to Stay Active!

The FIT-4-SCHOOL project combines education with movement to promote a healthy lifestyle among students. Seminars, sports lessons, and training programs help young people develop good habits and a natural relationship with physical activity.

Following a successful pilot program in Prague schools, FIT-4-SCHOOL is expanding to more institutions from February 2025. Experts from Form Factory – personal trainers, group instructors, nutrition advisors, and psychologists – actively participate in the program.

Our goal is to encourage students to embrace an active lifestyle and show them that movement is not an obligation but a source of joy!

Why Is This Project Important?

Experts agree that lack of physical activity is one of the main causes of rising obesity and health problems in children and adolescents. FIT-4-SCHOOL aims not only to motivate students to stay active but also to teach them how to build long-term healthy habits.

🎯 Our mission? To promote movement, healthy habits, and obesity prevention from an early age.
Let’s show the young generation that fitness can be a natural part of everyday life!

How Can Schools Get Involved?

FIT-4-SCHOOL is open to all schools looking to promote a healthier lifestyle for their students. The program is flexible and adaptable, making it easy to integrate into both regular lessons and extracurricular activities. Schools can contact Form Factory to arrange a customized program based on their needs.
