How many Form Factory clubs are there in Ostrava region? 

In Ostrava you will find 6 Form Factory clubs: Hrabová, Karolina, Laso, Náměstí Republiky, Ostrava Avion, Porubská. In Havířov there is the Bílý dům club and in Opava there is the Breda club.

Can I visit more than one club with a single membership?

Yes. Access to other clubs depends on the membership type you choose. You can choose an option for a specific club, all clubs in Ostrava regionor the entire Form Factory network. 

Can I visit with a MultiSport card? 

Yes. With a MultiSport card, you can visit once a day. Your visit includes the gym, group classes and, depending on the club, selected relaxation services. 

Which clubs in Ostrava region have a sauna? 

Saunas are available at Laso, Karolina, Hrabová, Bílý dům, Breda.

Are group classes included in the membership? 

Yes, with the applicable membership types and at clubs that offer group classes. You can find the current selection and timetable on the individual club’s page.
