Form Factory helps those who help themselves

Cooperation with Kindergarten and Elementary School Smiling Crocodile

Both Smiling Crocodile and us at Form Factory believe that regardless of mental or physical health every child has the right to an education. Teachers and assistants contribute to this to a great extent. This work is extremely difficult, both mentally and physically. The need for support of the carer himself is often forgotten. Form Factory recognizes the importance of the work Smiling Crocodile employees do and will try to show them ways to take care of themselves.

More about the collaboration between Form Factory and Smiling Crocodile

The Smiling Crocodile School helps children with severe combined disabilities to overcome the adversity of their fate and acquire the necessary basic skills that increase their own abilities and education. All of this significantly improves the quality of life for children but also for their families and caregivers.

“We value the work of caregivers and realize that caring for others is often very demanding and can negatively affect their lives. All this then affects mental and physical health, work and everyday life. We therefore try to support the mental and physical well-being of these people and believe that together we will find a way to improve the perception of our own needs, which affect our overall state of health. Regular exercise has been proven to improve mental health, sleep quality and reduce stress.”

The Form Factory company offers free membership to the teachers and assistants of the Smiling Crocodile school within the network of its fitness clubs. A visit to the club is also planned, when the children will be able to come and see what it looks like here. Another support within this cooperation is to provide support activities focused on the field of education in fitness and thus take into account as many individual possibilities and needs as possible, which will lead to a better quality of life.

“Thanks to the comprehensive care that Form Factory offers, we believe that this collaboration could be a guide to a holistic approach to the health of our colleagues or at least a first step. Together with you, we want to show them that spending time on yourself should not be a privilege but their daily bread. That better health and mental well-being will be reflected not only at work but in their private life as well and they should put themselves first,” confirmed Dagmar Hermannová, director of Smiling Crocodile.
