All programs have fixed music and choreography, which for the vast majority come out every three months. These choreographies are always practiced for at least one month after launch, and then the instructors so-called mix different tracks from the previous choreographies. Thanks to this, all programs from Les Mills are still dynamic, but at the same time the client knows what awaits him, no matter where in the world he goes for a particular lesson.
It all started with one man. In 1968, four-time Olympian Les Mills started his first gym in Auckland, New Zealand. It was a simple operation, basic strength and cardio training for a small community of athletes. Now, 50 years on, it is the hub of a global revolution – a vibrant destination where the world’s top fitness talent create new ways to get fit, combining music with movement and then taking it to the world.
