By 2022, the Health Factory project is entering with a new theme. The winter months are often a time that tempts to abandon physical activities or, conversely, focus only on New Year’s resolutions and weight loss. As part of the support of a healthy lifestyle and the development of physical and mental life, Form Factory provides advice and knowledge for all those who strive to set up long-term fitness routines and change the approach to a healthy lifestyle as a whole.

Regular exercise brings a lot of benefits that can improve life much more significantly than when it comes to weight reduction. Especially in the winter months, exercise will reduce stress and anxiety, help you feel happier, more successful and also help alleviate negativity. At the same time, it is an important drug in the fight against various diseases and is the key to improving brain function. Regular physical activity can significantly prolong life, and all this is just the beginning. The benefits of exercise are innumerable.
