HYROX – one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world – is now available at Form Factory. Come and experience it for yourself at the special HYROX Experience community event taking place on June 20 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Form Factory Hrabová in Ostrava.
HYROX combines functional training, running, and strength endurance into a scalable format accessible to everyone – from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
What to expect during the event:
- Introduction to the HYROX concept
- Technical workshop focused on individual stations and proper exercise technique
- Group HYROX workout in a supportive community atmosphere
There will also be time for networking, sharing experiences, and enjoying light refreshments after the workout.
HYROX Experience is open to everyone, regardless of current fitness level or previous experience. Please note that event capacity is limited.
