HYROX — one of the fastest-growing fitness sports concepts in the world — is now part of Form Factory. And you can experience it yourself at the special HYROX Experience community event taking place on May 30 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Form Factory Na Knížecí.
HYROX combines functional training, running, and strength endurance into a scalable format accessible to everyone — from beginners to experienced athletes.
During the event, you can look forward to:
- an introduction to the HYROX concept
- a technical workshop focused on individual stations and proper technique
- a group HYROX workout in a community atmosphere
The event will also include space for networking, sharing experiences, and light refreshments after the workout.
HYROX Experience is open to everyone — regardless of current fitness level or previous experience. Event capacity is limited.
