What a HYROX training session looks like at Form Factory

You can expect a coached workout inspired by HYROX principles. It is not a race simulation, but a smart and effective preparation.

For the class, regular gym clothes are enough. The training is led by a coach who monitors your technique, pace, and intensity, helping you get the most out of every session.

Classes rotate through 4 formats:

Class capacity is 20 people. Recommended frequency is 2–3 times per week.

Practical information before your first visit

Registration takes place through the standard Form Factory booking system.

For your first class, bring regular sportswear, clean training shoes, a towel, and water.

Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to prepare comfortably.

No previous experience is needed. Classes are designed so even complete beginners can follow easily.

If you have any health limitations, you can still attend the class after consulting your doctor in advance. It is important to inform the coach beforehand so they can adjust the training to your needs.
