HOW TO PREPARE FOR INBODY MEASUREMENTS?

  • Make a reservation for your chosen club and time. Adhere to the allotted time slot; if you need to make a change, please contact reception.
  • We recommend not eating or drinking for 2 hours before measurement
  • It is not recommended to exercise before measuring
  • We recommend scheduling repeated measurements at the same time and under the same conditions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS?

The measurement itself takes less than a minute and is performed with the assistance of our trained staff. The results are then interpreted to you during a short consultation (explanation of the measured values), which takes about 5-10 minutes. A detailed analysis of the results and follow-up remedial steps can then be handled as part of a separate service performed by our trainers.

WHEN AND FOR WHOM IS THE SERVICE NOT SUITABLE?

  • During menstruation (the result may be skewed)
  • Measurement is not recommended at all during pregnancy, especially the first trimester
  • In the case of metal implants
  • If a pacemaker or other electronic device is installed
