And because true beauty and health begin with mindful self-care, the day will also include a Forest Therapy workshop – a journey into deeper connection with nature through simple exercises and techniques from Forest Mind. You’ll discover its beneficial effects on mental well-being, inner peace, and overall harmony.

Deep breathwork to tune in with yourself. We’ll begin with gentle body activation, energize through breath techniques, and deepen our awareness of breathing.

Morning Yoga /45 min

Instructor: Šárka Williams

An energizing morning flow where strength meets lightness. We’ll warm up with Sun Salutations to activate the muscles and get energy flowing, gradually increasing flexibility and power in each pose.

Pilates Flow /45 min

Instructor: Eliška Kudrnová

After conscious breathing and energizing yoga, it’s time for core strength and stability. Pilates Flow links breath with movement, activates the deep core muscles, supports proper posture, and improves flow.

Relax Yoga /45 min

Instructor: Renata Veselá

After dynamic movement, we’ll slow down and release tension. This session deepens your breath, harmonizes body and mind, and ends the morning movement practice with a mindful relaxation.

Brunch /60 min
