In this fall, we will really step into it. Already on October 1, another Form Factory fitness event is coming, which will really warm you up. Come and try the original Jumping lessons, the new Les Mills Sprint, Cycling and Les Mills RPM lessons. You will have fun, try new group lessons and work-up a sweat with the team of Form Factory instructors and special guest Miroslav Uriel, a member of the Jumping ® Master team.

    A dynamic fitness activity based on a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and strength elements combined with balance elements for a perfect cardio workout. Leap your way to great fitness, good health and a perfectly sculpted figure!

  • Les Mills SPRINT®

    Les Mills SPRINT®

    LES MILLS SPRINT® is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that uses an indoor bike for fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. 30 minutes of LES MILLS SPRINT training will keep your body burning calories for hours.

    JUMP!

    A dynamic fitness activity based on a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and strength elements combined with balance elements for a perfect cardio workout.

  • CYCLING

    CYCLING

    Aerobic and endurance exercise on stationary bikes. You follow the instructions of the instructor, who uses motivational music to create a track profile. You choose the load according to your individual abilities.

  • RPM®

    RPM®

    A bicycle lesson during which you control the intensity of the training. This training takes you through climbs, sprints and flats.
