Take Your Kettlebell Training to the Next Level
This follow-up workshop will elevate your kettlebell practice to a new level. Building on your mastery of the two-handed swing, you’ll learn how to handle the kettlebell with one hand – safely, effectively, and in tune with the natural movement of your body.
