Form Factory brings you the 6th annual traditional fitness event. Just a little different than before – this year the event will be bigger, better, more fun. In addition, it comes in a new, all-day concept.
At this meeting of movement lovers, which is the largest of its kind in Central Europe, you can look forward not only to our best Les Mills instructors, but also to foreign guests – instructors from Les Mills Nordic and Italy, who are ready to share their experience with you.
9 lessons full of modern music await you, which will be guided by 46 instructors, including 6 foreign trainers, on the 3,700 m2 area of the attractive CUBEX Center in Prague 4. But the main thing – the company of more than 800 partners who will blow you away with their enthusiasm, and among which you don’t have to be shy even if you are a complete beginner. For the price of one ticket, you get access to all 9 lessons.
You can join, for example, all or selected lessons from programs such as Les Mills CORE, Les Mills GRIT Cardio, BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, SH’BAM or BODYJAM.
There is something for everyone, and it is up to you whether you want to participate only in the lessons for building your physical condition, or you can taste everything you can from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
