And who is the superstar we’re all so excited about?! MARLON WOODS! Heard the name before? If not, you definitely won’t forget it. His energy and humor accompany LES MILLS events around the world, where he wins over fans with his original, entertaining style and incredible performances.
Combined with your favorite FF instructors, you can look forward to an amazing show! The event is divided into two separate blocks — simply choose the one that best fits your schedule and preferred program, and let the countdown begin.
Tickets are now on sale – tickets are sold separately for each block, and you can choose from two ticket options.
The PRIORITY TICKET allows earlier entry to the event, so you can be as close to the team as possible.
The CLASSIC TICKET is perfect for those who like clarity, comfort, and prefer to arrive just in time.

What types of tickets are available?
Two ticket options are available for each block:
- PRIORITY TICKET – allows earlier entry to the event and a better position in the hall
- CLASSIC TICKET – standard entry at a later time
The number of tickets for each category is limited.
Can I attend both blocks?
Yes, it is possible to attend both blocks, but a separate ticket must be purchased for each block.
What if I have already purchased a ticket for the original FORM FACTORY LES MILLS DAY?

Yes. Classes are led by experienced instructors who offer different difficulty options during the workout. We recommend exercising according to your own abilities.
In which language will the event be conducted?
Tracks led by Marlon Woods will be mostly in English, with additional support and instructions provided by the Czech instructor team.
What equipment should I bring?
We recommend sportswear, sturdy athletic shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. Additional details will be provided before the event.
Is it possible to return or change a ticket?

Will there be facilities for changing clothes and storing bags?
Yes, a temporary changing room with storage space for personal items will be available on site.
Will refreshments be available at the venue?
Refreshments can be purchased at the bar of The Gym by Form Factory, located directly in the Pragovka Art District.

We adjusted the event format to make it more intimate and personal, allowing you to enjoy training with Marlon Woods in a more intense and engaging atmosphere.
