The deep stabilization system of the spine, the so-called core, must be practiced before any sports activity, and especially if you have suffered from COVID-19, which can significantly reduce or worsen the functioning of our body. That’s why we bring you exercises to strengthen your overall condition. But first we will focus on proper so-called diaphragmatic breathing. In addition to breathing, the diaphragm also supports the stabilization of the spine, if we do not use it properly, then this is reflected in the stabilization of the entire center of the body.
