We are now launching an online streaming of special training lessons that we have prepared in cooperation with our trainers and instructors. So you don’t have to miss the training and you can do a workout from home.

A HEALTHY BACK – 20 May at 3:00pm

The lesson is aimed at eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. There are exercises to strengthen the deep stabilization system during the lesson, but also a number of exercises for stretching, relaxing and breathing exercises. A variety of aids are used during the lessons, such as overballs, gymballs, massage balls and expanders.

Latino Dance – 6 May at 6:30pm

A group lesson inspired by elements of Latin American dances. Come and move to burn calories and excess fat by dancing. You can further improve body coordination and have fun, all at the same time.

Vinyasa Yoga – 31 March at 5pm

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic type of yoga that combines breath with movement in harmony. Vinyasa means “connection”. In this case, the decisive factor for the pace of exercise is the breath, during which there are smooth transitions from one position to another in natural rhythm. This kind of yoga will help you manage everything that you meet in life and better adapt to natural change as well as perceive life “now and here”.

Couple workout – 27 March at 5pm

Workout for couples focused on strengthening the whole body in the home.
