PRAGUE 9 = 8 GYMS + 1 GIFT

Come and try all 8 of our gyms in Prague 9 for free.
Collect stamps from all 8 gyms between 15. 4. – 15. 5. 2026 and receive a Form Factory gift bag worth 1,500 CZK.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Pick up a stamp collection card at the reception of any Form Factory club in Prague 9 and register for the competition.
2. Visit all 8 participating clubs in Prague 9. There is no need to follow the order shown on the card.
3. Present your card at the reception each time you visit and get a stamp.
4. After 4 stamps, you are entitled to a free mixed protein.
5. After collecting all the stamps, pick up a gift bag at the reception of the Podkovářská club.

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The competition runs from 15. 4. to 15. 5. 2026. Gift bags are available while supplies last.
• The following clubs in Prague 9 are participating in the competition: Centrum Černý Most, Černý Most, Fénix, Harfa, Kolbenova, Letňany, Podkovářská, The Gym Pragovka.
• The competition is intended for new clients without active membership.
• Entry to the clubs is only possible after presenting a card.
• To obtain a stamp, it is necessary to spend at least 30 minutes in the club.
• Each club can be visited for free only once during the competition.
• You can use the club only once per day.
• The gift bag can only be collected after presenting a completely filled-in card at the Podkovářská club.
