The Recommend & Get program is based on the idea that a healthier and happier life is not just about the body, but also about the relationships around us.

The reward in the form of free training is our way of saying thank you for helping change someone’s life for the better and for contributing to a community where an active lifestyle is a natural part of everyday life.

Terms of the “Recommend & Get” Program

• The program can only be activated at the reception desk of a Form Factory or The Gym club.
• For each newly recommended member who signs up for an annual PRO or PROAGE membership, the referring member receives 1 month free.
• The total number of free months corresponds to the number of recommended members, with a maximum of 3 free months within the referring member’s current annual membership.
• The referring member must have an active annual PRO or PROAGE membership.
• A free month is one calendar month with a price of CZK 0 within the referrer’s existing annual membership, and this month can be used no earlier than the fourth month of membership.
• The reward is credited after all conditions are met.
• The reward cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for financial compensation.
• The “Recommend and Get!” program cannot be used with the IZS membership discount.
• The program is valid until further notice.
