The spring months traditionally represent a challenging period for every organism. Changing time, fluctuating temperatures and spring fatigue burden each individual. At the same time, in the spring, everyone wants to run out and spend time not only indoors – this also applies to sports. How to prepare for this period and get lost after the winter? The Health Factory project focuses on this topic.

Undoubtedly, active movement is a part of a healthy lifestyle. In the spring, it is especially important to gradually regain fitness or continue long-term training, which has been proven to support health and psyche. A healthy diet and an effective diet, which the Health Factory project will also address in the spring months, cannot be overlooked either. A separate topic from April to June 2022 will be weight loss and body strengthening for the upcoming swimsuit season, which is an annual evergreen and carries a number of benefits and risks.

Form Factory Fitness Clubs offer a myriad of activities and exercises within the Health Factory program, whether it is individual training, support of trainers over 3,000 group lessons, including Les Mills programs. It is also possible to use online trainings within the Form Factory digital platform, which today includes almost 550 lessons with popular instructors who work in Form Factory fitness clubs.
