Summer is the perfect time to try something new, create a healthy habit or simply make more time for yourself. At Form Factory, we believe that exercise doesn’t have to be about performance or resolutions. You just need to find your own reason and include it in your daily life.
That’s why we’ve prepared a Summer Challenge that rewards regularity. Every 10 visits means another chance to win and at the same time motivation to do something for your health, energy and good mood.
Everyone can participate. During July and August, for every 10 visits to the club, you will automatically be included in the current round of the draw. We draw every 14 days and at the end of the summer, the entire Summer Challenge will end with a grand finale.
There are more than 400 prizes worth over 1 million crowns in the game, including the main prize – the iconic Vespa. Every additional 10 visits means another chance to win.

Competition Announcement – SUMMER CHALLENGE 2026
Specific Competition Conditions:
1. Place and Duration of the Competition
1.1. The competition will take place in all branches of Form Factory fitness centers in the Czech Republic, from 1.7. to 31.8.2026.
1.2. The competition will be divided into four rounds and one final draw:

2. Participation in the competition
2.1. The competition is open to individuals over 15 years of age with a delivery address in the Czech Republic who meet the other conditions according to these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “contestants”). Persons under 18 years of age may participate in the competition only with the consent of their legal guardian.
2.2. The competition is open only to Form Factory members with any active membership (e.g. PRO, FLEXI, 10VSTUPOVKA membership) and holders of active MultiSport cards. Participation is not limited by the type or method of payment for membership. Members who have membership paid for via a discount or partnership code and the resulting price of their membership is 0 CZK can also participate.
2.3. Holders of short-term entries (One-time entry, Free Pass, Day Pass, Week Pass), holders of barter memberships that are provided free of charge within the framework of a partnership or other contractual cooperation, holders of employee memberships and holders of accompanying MultiSport cards that were established on the basis of an employment or similar relationship with the organizer are excluded from the competition.
3. Course and rules of the competition
3.1. Contestants will participate in the competition using competition cards, which will be available at the receptions of all Form Factory branches in the Czech Republic.
3.2. For each visit to the Form Factory fitness center, the contestant will receive 1 stamp on their competition card. To participate in the draw, it is necessary to collect 10 stamps.
3.3. The contestant will hand in the completed competition card with 10 stamps at the reception of any branch. By handing in the competition card, the contestant will automatically be entered into the draw. At the Form Factory Anděl and Form Factory Vinohradská branches, it will also be possible to register the competition card via a tablet at the reception.
3.4. The competition will be divided into four rounds (see above). In each round, the contestant may participate in the draw a maximum of twice (i.e. hand in two competition cards in one competition round). If the contestant hands in more than one completed card in one competition round, he will be entered into the draw for that round only twice.
3.5. Until the last, fifth round, the contestants will not register with a new card. They will be automatically entered into the draw if they have validly participated in any of the previous four rounds.
4. Prizes and their delivery
4.1. The winners will be determined by an electronic draw conducted by a responsible employee of the organizer.
4.2. The draw will take place on a total of 5 dates: 15.7., 1.8., 15.8., 31.8., 1.9. 2026.
4.3. The specific prizes for individual rounds of the competition are published on the formfactory.cz website.
4.4. The winners will be contacted via the e-mail address provided on the competition card.
4.5. If the winner does not respond to the notification of the win within 7 days of its sending, or does not arrive to collect the prize within the specified period, he or she loses the right to the prize and the organizer is entitled to draw a replacement winner.
4.6. The prize will either be sent to the winner at the agreed address or will be prepared for personal collection at a pre-determined location, no later than 30 days from the date of sending the prize notification.
4.7. Contestants under the age of 18 are required to collect the valuable prize in person, accompanied by their legal guardian, and to submit the legal guardian’s written consent to participate in the competition and collect the prize.
