From 5 to 11 May 2025, the Form Factory Centrum Černý Most club (formerly Clever Fit Černý Most) will be closed due to the relocation of the entrance and other construction work by the CČM shopping center. You can visit any Form Factory club during the entire closure period. All you need to do is show your Clever Fit bracelet upon entry.
