Form Factory (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") processes your personal data listed above or communicated to the Company for the purposes of concluding and administering the contract, for the fulfillment of its legal obligations or with the consent of the member for sending business communications, or for another purpose for which the member has given consent. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC ( general regulation on the protection of personal data) and related Czech legal regulations and in accordance with the Company's Principles for handling personal data www.formfactory.cz/en/privacy-policy/ , which state how the Company handles member's personal data, what stores information about the member, how he uses the information and to whom he passes it on, if applicable. By confirming your consent to the processing of personal data, you agree to the transfer of your data to the Company's database, which is used by personal trainers (hereinafter referred to as "Cooperating persons") with a concluded and valid cooperation agreement with the Company. An overview of Collaborators is provided for each club on the Company's website (Coaches section). You must agree to the terms.
