How to use me?

  • For the most accurate and relevant answers, please write your questions clearly and in full sentences.
  • If the answer is not accurate enough, try to refine your question or add all important details (such as the relevant year, location, club, categorization, etc.).
  • If I repeatedly fail to provide the correct answer even after refining the question or starting a new conversation, I will redirect you to the operator’s email.
  • I only respond to questions related to our products or services. I am not intended for queries beyond the scope of our specified content.
  • At the beginning of the conversation, you will see the most frequently asked questions, which may quickly solve your issue. To view them again, restart the conversation using the + icon in the top right corner.
  • I only understand text messages. It is not possible to upload images, send voice messages, or ask questions based on content from PDF images.

What can I do?

  • Real-time multilingual support — I respond in any language in which the question is asked.
  • Personalized history — Within one conversation, I remember previous questions and answers, allowing for a smoother dialogue.
  • Source references — For each answer, I provide sources with a link to the relevant URL or file. For PDF documents, I link directly to the page containing the information.
  • Image handling — If images are included in the source web data, I can attach them to my response.
  • Conversation restart — If I start responding inaccurately or incoherently, you can restart the conversation using the + icon in the top right corner.
  • Feedback — If I respond (in)correctly based on publicly available information, you can give feedback using the thumbs down/up. If you choose the thumbs down, you can also select “Other” to explain the reason or provide your expected answer.
