Form Factory is expanding! Starting May 1, 2025, we are taking over Clever Fit fitness clubs in Prague (Chodov, Černý Most) and Ostrava (Karolina), bringing you even more opportunities to enjoy a premium fitness experience.
For now, nothing changes for current Clever Fit members. We are working hard to fully integrate these new clubs into the Form Factory network as soon as possible so that they become accessible to all Form Factory members. This is a temporary phase due to system transitions. The MultiSport card can already be used at these clubs without any surcharges or time limits.
