HOW DOES IT WORK

First, we will perform an extended body analysis with the help of InBody. The coach will go over the results with you. This is followed by a consultation where you can ask any questions related to nutrition, weight loss, gaining muscle mass, weight management, etc.

We monitor a number of related aspects that affect health, well-being, and the ability to achieve results.

WHEN CAN I START AND HOW?

As part of the reservation, you choose the place and time of your consultation. After that, a nutrition coach will contact you and you will agree on everything necessary.

They will find out your ideas, whether the consultations will take place in person or online, etc. Based on this, you will then receive a proposed procedure and solution.
