You can pay for a membership purchased online through the price list on the website or the mobile application “My Form Factory” in the following ways.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept all common credit and debit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. For online payments, we use the Espago services, which ensures the highest security using European 3D Secure standards. Espago is one of the 3 most widespread payment service providers.

QUICK BANK TRANSFER – PayU

If you choose to pay by bank transfer during the generation of the order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can choose one from the list of banks.
