If you don’t know what exercise to start with or if you don’t want to exercise alone, we’re here for you. We offer group exercises in all clubs under the guidance of professional instructors who’ll help motivate you and with the technique. It’s enough to come to the lesson in a good mood, we’ll take care of everything else.



A HEALTHY BACK

"ZDRAVÁ ZÁDA" The lesson is aimed at eliminating muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. There are exercises to strengthen the deep stabilization system during the lesson, but also a number of exercises for stretching, relaxing and breathing exercises. Afro Dance

Afro Dance is a mixture of African dance styles, mainly Afro house, traditional African dance and kuduro. It is a modern form of African dance (African street dance). If you want to immerse yourself in African rhythms and put yourself in your body at the same time, this is the right lesson for you. BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a strength training to music, and is a lesson that pushes you and makes you stronger. You train all the major muscles with a large dumbbell with a light to medium load. BOX

A lesson consisting of several parts. Stretching, warm up (jumps, somer-saults, press-ups, trapeze, parallel bars,…), boxing technique with coach, punching bag, jumps in pairs (for explosiveness), skipping ropes, strengthening and relaxing. Search the timetable

CIRCUIT TRAINING

"KRUHOVÝ TRÉNINK" You’ll definitely enjoy this interval training method! It develops physical fitness, speed, strength and coordination of movements using various exercises that are performed with bodyweight or using various aids. CORE & STRETCH

This exercise focuses on strengthening the body with more demanding exercises focused on the abdominal muscles, oblique, transverse abdominal muscles and lower back. The exercise uses various aids, from dumbbells to plates and BOSU. Search the timetable

CYCLING

Aerobic and endurance exercise on stationary bikes. You follow the in-structions of the fitness instructor, who creates a track profile using moti-vating music. You choose the difficulty according to your individual abili-ties. Search the timetable

DANCE AEROBICS

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

"FUNKČNÍ TRÉNINK" A lesson in which you learn to control your body in all positions and planes. It’s based on suing your our own body instead of a load. Kettle bells, TRX, BOSU, expanders, balancing surfaces and bags are used as other aids. Search the timetable

GRIT ATHLETIC

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by pauses for recovery, where motivation is based on overcoming physical and mental limits. The lesson is based on intervals to deliver maximum performance at each interval. Using a bench in combination with bodyweight exercises and other multidimensional sports for fitness training, you increase your overall athletic performance: strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and explosive strength. Les Mills CORE

Strength

Les Mills CORE is a simple and effective workout designed to build the strength of major muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and glutes. It is scientifically proven that CORE activates the posterior chain muscles and increases functional strength and overall fitness. TABATA

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A complex training of the whole body using simple but very effective exercises with an emphasis placed on the core or the trunk of the body.
