The brand new fitness club Form Factory Pankrác is fully opening its gates. The entire club will officially open on January 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Visitors and those interested in active movement will find an extensive cardio zone, a functional zone and other complete equipment and machines for individual training in the new fitness club. The new club also includes 4 halls for group lessons and Les Mills programs, one of which has a special Body & Mind focus. After training, visitors can use the Finnish sauna or solarium.
The official opening of the new club will be accompanied by accompanying events with partners. It will be available for testing fitness equipment and clothes from Decathlon, tastings of fitness products Celsius and Fast from InsideFIT.
Because fitness is about movement and exercise, special group lessons will be prepared for visitors, including yoga and Les Mills BODYBALANCE prepared in cooperation with partner Yoggys.
During the whole day, there will also be professional body diagnostics and a special workshop led by professional trainer Robert Hlušička – How to start fitness from 5:00 p.m.
