The FF clubs are temporary closed on the basis of Regulation No. 194 of the Government of the Czech Republic. As of March 13, 2020, all memberships are frozen. We are currently sending information to all members on how to proceed with closed membership and how the time when our clubs are closed will be compensated. If you have purchased a special voucher (for example for a 3-month BASIC membership) and have not activated it, the activation option will be extended by 1 month from the time our branches are reopened.
In the case of special requests or solutions to life situations, please always contact the club manager where you have closed your membership.
13. 3. 2020
Form Factory has taken all measures ordered by the Czech authorities to protect against the spread of coronavirus infections. As a result, all clubs are temporarily closed. Despite this fact, the priority of Form Factory is the support of customers and visitors.
A great news for all Form Factory members – with effect from March 13, 2020, all memberships are frozen without exception – monthly, annual, non-liability monthly, special (Pro Age) and gift vouchers. Upon resumption of normal operations, all customers will be extended their membership period by an appropriate period for which they were unable to use the services of Form Factory clubs.

due to Government Resolution no. 194 from March 12th, 2020 all clubs are temporarily closed from Friday March 13th, 2020 until further notice.
