Membership for 12 MONTHS is for everyone who is serious about exercise and achieving results. This annual program is our most advantageous and the vast majority of our clients therefore use it. The price of membership includes: Modern gym, cardio zone, functional exercises, all group lessons, including Les Mills programs. After a workout, you can relax in the wellness area.

  • As part of the membership, you have FREE access to the library of online trainings of various programs and streaming of Les Mills lessons.
  • It is better to have a sparing-partner in the gym. As part of the annual membership, you can come to train 1 time a month with a friend for free.
  • To maximize your performance, the membership price also includes the option to use the Body Composition Analysis on the inBody device once a month.

Fitness club Form Factory is located in OC Avion Shopping Park Ostrava and thanks to its great accessibility, you can get to your training quickly and easily by car and public transport. On an area of 1,130 m2 you will find spacious fitness equipped with Technogym machines, an extensive cardio and a functional zone. The offer also includes group lessons, including Les Mills programs.
