We are constantly striving to improve customer service and services within Form Factory fitness clubs. We are newly introducing a self-service kiosk within the Vinohradská club into pilot operation. The digital kiosk is designed especially for fast processing of orders for additional services such as physical diagnostics, the first free entry free of charge.

At the same time, it is possible to easily and quickly find information about coaches with direct contact and detailed information about the Form Factory Vinohradská club.

In addition to information functions, the new digital kiosk allows you to easily and quickly order basic types of membership, including one-time entry. For feedback, visitors can then evaluate the quality of services provided.

The installation of the first self-service digital kiosk is another step towards digitizing Form Factory fitness clubs, facilitating orientation for visitors and quickly handling common life situations associated with membership in a Form Factory or Multisport card.
